Facilities Maintenance

Property Owner / Developer seeks responsible individual for retail / office property maintenance and management. Responsibilities will include oversight of building and grounds maintenance, MEP, LV systems and coordination of light construction with trades at multiple metro locations.

Candidate must have excellent communicate skills and will report to the owner and management team. Qualifications will also include a mechanical aptitude and workmanship skills to perform repairs when needed. Occasional weekend events and after-hours emergency duties.

Parking Lot Attendant

Uptown Row seeks a friendly part-time parking lot attendant to assist customers use of automated parking lot equipment, monitoring the lot and perform light maintenance. Cash is not handled.

Daytime and evening hours available. Excellent job for retired person, college student, etc.
