Ross M. Fefercorn

Beginning in 1982 RMF Group principal, Ross M. Fefercorn, has directed the planning, entitlements, design, finance, development, construction, and marketing of more than 28 residential and commercial properties throughout the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area and dozens of tenant improvement build-outs.

RMF developments have received numerous awards for architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, marketing/merchandising, innovations and quality from multiple professional associations including the Builders Association of the Twin Cities, Minnesota Shopping Center Association, Minnesota Society of Landscape Architects, Finance and Commerce, Minneapolis–St. Paul Business Journal and CUE.
